Just wanted to let you know how Happy we are with the TF system! We have been in our home now for about 6 months, During the end of winter and now summer, It is amazing how strong the wind and rain can be and the house just stands tall! We don’t have enough information yet for a full year, but our cooling cost are much lower than our previous home. You were a Great Help to us and to our contractor with making the decision to use the system and also thru the construction process!

To whom it may concern;

When I decided to build my custom home I did extensive research on Insulated Concrete Forms. After looking at many of the systems available, I chose the TF System^®. I chose this system because of its ability to be custom built to accommodate the very special conditions of my project. This is a custom home with over 30 angles measuring from 60-120 degrees, walls from 6" to 12" thick, and 3' to 10' high with several bearing ledges.

I met with Jim Lemon of Thermal-Crete and was very impressed with his knowledge of, not only the TF System^®, but with foundation construction in general. Jim provided excellent support throughout the duration of the project which, combined with a top notch contractor resulted in an exceptional foundation system.

Based on my experience with Jim Lemon I would not hesitate to recommend Thermal-Crete & the TF System^® for any custom home.

Jim, I can't believe how strong the forms were when we were pouring. They hardly moved, they were amazing. I asked the driver if he had ever seen ICF's this strong and he said no. My dimension, diagonals, and heights were right on before and after we poured the walls. I love the forms and look forward to using them again.

I can't imagine another ICF form being easier to assemble. For the first time ever using them, my TF System® home went together quickly and the window and door openings were simple to keep plumb and square.
